05.12.2025 року відбувся вебінар на тему «Вирішальна роль державних службовців в інтеграції концепції циркулярної економіки в європейську вищу освіту» за участі міжнародних партнерів в рамках міжнародного проєкту PubCirEco «Вирішальна роль державних службовців у впровадженні циркулярної економіки: впровадження мислення циркулярної економіки у ЗВО». Доповідачами були провідні фахівці кафедри державного управління, публічного адміністрування та економічної політики: д.е.н., проф. Наталія Гавкалова, к.е.н., доц. Юлія Лола, к.е.н., доц. Вадим Соболев та аспіранти кафедри Олег Куніцин та Едуард Сиромолот.
На заході доповідачі зробили акцент на економічному обґрунтуванні впровадження принципів циркулярної економіки в систему вищої освіти та координуючу роль державних органів, на аналізі соціально-економічної готовності до циркулярної трансформації та наслідках для політики державного сектору й освітньої реформи, також розглянута очікувана економічна перспектива інституційних рушійних сил, регуляторних стимулів та механізмів, що сприяють впровадженню циркулярної економіки у вищій освіті. Аспірантів зацікавили питання дослідження економічної ефективності, оптимізації ресурсів та роль державного втручання у просуванні циркулярної поведінки в освітніх закладах, а також економічна аргументація щодо інтеграції пріоритетів циркулярної економіки в стратегії регіонального розвитку та державного управління.
Цікаві доклади викликали жваве обговорення серед учасників вебінару.
Зустріч підняла багато невирішених питань, які ще потребують подальшого розв’язання.
Сподіваємось, що таких активних заходів з нашими партнерами у майбутньому буде ще більше і цей позитивний досвід буде поширюватися на інші заклади освіти.
On December 5, 2025, a webinar was held on the topic “The crucial role of civil servants in integrating the concept of a circular economy into European higher education” with the participation of international partners within the framework of the international project PubCirEco “The crucial role of civil servants in implementing a circular economy: implementing circular economy thinking in higher education”. The speakers were leading specialists of the Department of Public Administration and Economic Policy: Doctor of Economics, Prof. Nataliya Gavkalova, Candidate of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Yulia Lola, Candidate of Economics, Assoc. Prof. Vadim Sobolev and postgraduate students of the department Oleg Kunitsyn and Eduard Syromolot.
At the event, speakers focused on the economic justification for the implementation of circular economy principles in the higher education system and the coordinating role of state authorities, on the analysis of socio-economic readiness for circular transformation and the implications for public sector policy and educational reform, and also considered the expected economic perspective of institutional drivers, regulatory incentives and mechanisms that contribute to the implementation of the circular economy in higher education. The postgraduate
students were interested in the issues of researching economic efficiency, resource optimization and the role of state intervention in promoting circular behavior in educational institutions, as well as the economic argumentation for the integration of circular economy priorities into regional development and public administration strategies.
Interesting reports sparked lively discussion among the webinar participants.
The meeting raised many unresolved issues that still need to be further resolved.
We hope that there will be even more such active events with our partners in the future and that this positive experience will spread to other educational institutions.
